Rehana and William got lucky and were able to stick to their original wedding date, with a few changes. Their guest list was downsized, the ceremony was held outdoors along the sound, and the reception was split between two groups at separate locations at The Currituck Club.

Their dignified wedding was simple and charming, with minor details to allow for the beauty of the golf course venue to shine. Statement florals adorned the aisle and ceiling at the reception and gold geometric pieces were used throughout. Their golden hour sunset photo op was the perfect moment to take it all in.

From the Photographer:

Rehana and William are both members of the military that met and fell in love in Colombia while working at the US Embassy in Bogota. By making a few small changes they were able to stick to their original wedding date and plans despite the pandemic, their guest list was reduced to meet restrictions, the ceremony was held outdoors along the sound, and the reception was split between two groups at separate locations at the Currituck Club. Rehana’s two children were included as members of the wedding party. The bride also shared a reception dance with her son.
