Tell us more about The Currituck Club and where it is located. How would you describe your venue to engaged couples wanting to get married in the Outer Banks?
Gorgeous, almost all-inclusive venue located in the heart of Corolla, NC. Breathtaking private sound-side ceremony with indoor or outdoor options for a Clubhouse reception.
What type of weddings can you accommodate? Large? Small?
Up to 100 guests on our outdoor all-weather veranda, up to 200 guests with a tent rental.
What should couples know about The Currituck Club before choosing you as their venue?
The Currituck Club is an almost all-inclusive venue, including tables, chairs, setup and breakdown, linens, on-site catering and more! Even our outdoor veranda is perfect for inclement weather as it comes with all-weather awnings that can be pulled down if needed.
How long has The Currituck Club been operating on the Outer Banks and hosting weddings?
Over 20 years!
What makes the Outer Banks special to you all?
The community makes The Outer Banks so special! It is such a family destination that people come back to year after year. It’s so special when someone has been vacationing here their entire life, then decides that this is the place they want to get married.
What trends are you most excited to see in upcoming weddings?
Extravagant florals and bright colorful weddings!
What trends are you tired of?
Rustic/boho decor. Ready for more colors and modern designs in 2022, with a little bohemian flare.
How is The Currituck Club different from other Ceremony & Reception Venues here?
All of our ceremony packages come with the Corolla Trolley. They assist in getting all of the guests to and from the soundfront ceremony site on Hole #7.
What is your favorite part about your job and coordinating weddings?
Planning with a client from the date they book to seeing their dreams come to life. The Currituck Club does require an Event Coordinator for larger weddings, but an Event Manager will also be there day-of to help with everything!
How do you feel being a part of the Outer Banks Wedding Association has benefited The Currituck Club?
We love it! It’s been a great way to help get our name out there and be a part of an organization with other local vendors.
