Brendan & Katie
October 17th, 2020

Everything happens for a reason and this wedding is proof perfect. Originally planned for Jennette’s Pier, plans changed and changed again until Katie and Bryan were able to wed in front of their closest family and friends. The bride carried a dramatic bouquet, full of pampas and burnt orange tones for their mid-October nuptials.

Why did you choose the Outer Banks for your wedding?

We chose the Outer Banks for two reasons. First, was out of sentiment since I had been going to Nags Head since I was a child. It became sentimental to Bryan too as he joined my family and me every summer after we started dating and eventually where he chose to propose to me on the shores of Kitty Hawk. It is a special place for both of us where we could relax and be with family. Ultimately that became our biggest reason, we wanted our wedding to be about bringing our families together in a way that wouldn’t necessarily happen otherwise.
