The Couple
Anne Elliott + Matt
June 1, 2024
When it comes to crafting the perfect wedding, blending sophisticated elegance with personalized touches can create a truly unforgettable celebration as proven by Anne Elliott and Matt’s wedding day. Their team of vendors beautifully executed their desire for coastal elements paired with a sophisticated country club elegance.
“There was no finer venue to enliven our coastal country club theme than Duck Woods Country Club. It is such a beautiful place with truly amazing staff!” said Anne Elliott.
The perfect way to include the coastal element was with a “scallop” and shell theme throughout. The bride’s mother, an Outer Banks local, found the perfect shells to use as name place cards at their reception. Their table numbers, menus, seating charts, and ceremony programs all incorporated coastal elements while maintaining the country club elegance. They paired these details with stunning woven Positano chargers, scallop details, and chinoiserie heirlooms, and included chic rentals for their bars and an umbrella to have near their ceremony and cocktail hour site.
From candid moments on the greens to romantic shots by the water’s edge, gorgeous tablescape designs among other thoughtful elements, rounded out by exceptional entertainment, Anne Elliott and Matt’s Outer Banks wedding is truly breathtaking.
